Responsibilities :

Effective communication with travel nurses and other staff
Actively seek out new and unique recruiter tools to gain new leads
Conducted initial phone screens with candidates and assist with travel assignments
Function within the scope of OSM policies, standards, and practice guidelines

Requirements :

1 year of locum tenens experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of good performance
Tech Savvy
Ability to work as a team in a challenging and fast pace environment

Education :

Bachelor Degree
