We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage all maintenance operations for building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and carpentry. This role ensures the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facilities while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding company operations and personnel matters.
Work Environment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise levels can be loud.
