A bit about us:

Our firm is looking to expand our very successful Chicago based practice into Houston! This role will not have to do all of the back office work, the firm takes care of the business side and no equity buy-in is expected. The firm will provide an office to work out of and cover the marketing plan, the website, billing and accounting, office leases, everything!

We are looking for a Managing Attorney to continue the huge growth we have experienced in Chicago in the Houston area to be a pillar hire for our firm!

Job Details

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of family law experience
• Experience leading a law firm
• Experience in divorce, legal separation, parentage, allocation of parental responsibilities, maintenance, child support, orders of protection, and other related matters.
• Responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving daily court appearances, legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and routine communication with clients
• Must be admitted to the Texas Bar and a member in good standing.
