Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team at Whiteface Ford and Whiteface Customs. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of modern digital marketing and e-commerce while working in the automotive and custom truck space. What you'll be doing: You'll be behind the camera capturing photos and video of trucks, builds, and day-to-day operations. You'll help manage and create content for social media alongside our existing marketing team. Over time, you'll learn how to build and maintain websites, set up marketing funnels, run paid ads, and manage e-commerce operations. This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-all-day gig—you'll be moving around the shop, the dealership, and wherever the action is. What we're looking for:

• Must live in or around Hereford—this is an in-person position, no remote
• Comfortable with a camera (photo and video)—doesn't have to be professional-level, but you need to know your way around one
• Eager to learn website building, email marketing, paid advertising, sales funnels, and e-commerce
• Team player who works well with others
• Self-starter who can take direction and run with it
• Reliable, shows up on time, gets things done
• Interested in trucks, cars, or the automotive world is a plus but not required

• Real-world experience in digital marketing and e-commerce across multiple platforms
• Hands-on training from an established marketing team—we'll teach you the skills if you bring the work ethic
