Primary PartnerCare Physicians, a multi-site primary care group, is opening a brand new site in the heart of Huntington and needs a seasoned Medical Office/Operations Manager to open and grow the new primary care site! We are opening with one physician and recruiting for a 2nd physician. You be involved from the ground up building this new site, overeeing the staff & all administrative/operational aspects of the care center, including the excitement of marketing a brand new care center!
Base Salary ($62,000-$70,000 based on experience) + Annual Performance Bonus $7,500
We are seeking an energetic, tech savvy professional who will take the lead on all practice operations activities such as best practices, efficient workflows, managing with data and KPIs, resolving billing issues, authorizations, chart prep, launching new service lines, and growing the practice! Additionally, you will be the face of the practice site working with the community and local healthcare providers to get our doctors known! As primary care physicians, we want to ensure our patients receive all the preventive care they are entitled to with appropriate follow-up visits, and rely on the operations manager to ensure this is happening.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee quality reporting and other ACO and value-based initiatives. You will supervise all non-clinical staff such as front desk and medical assistants. We are looking for a career-oriented professional that wants to grow with our new large primary care group!
