Role Overview

IBC is seeking an experienced and adaptable MuleSoft Developer with strong expertise in integration solution design, development, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building complex MuleSoft applications, working with multiple integration patterns, and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 12 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft integration design, development, and support
Strong experience developing complex Mule flows using:
- Custom functions
- Real-time and batch processing
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft connectors , including:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Services
- File / FTP / FTPS
- SQL
- MQ
Strong working knowledge of XML, JSON, and Flat File data formats
Experience with MUnit testing framework
Hands-on experience in performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of MuleSoft environments
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex MuleSoft integration applications following MuleSoft best practices
Demonstrate strong understanding of:
- MuleSoft Integration Platform
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Common enterprise integration patterns
Develop complex data mappings using MuleSoft built-in and custom functions
Integrate enterprise systems using multiple protocols and formats:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Services
- FTP / File-based integrations
- Message Queues
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient integration solutions
Perform performance tuning and proactive monitoring , providing recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integration solutions aligned with business needs
Open and manage tickets with MuleSoft Support (Track) and work through issue resolution

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) knowledge
