The LifeBridge Health Sandra and Malcolm Berman Brain & Spine Institute is seeking a full-time Stroke Neurologist/Neuro Hospitalist with board certification in Neurology and stroke fellowship training. The position involves providing 24/7 neuro critical care, tele-neurology coverage, teaching residents, and participating in research and stroke vascular conferences. Operating within LifeBridge Health’s Sandra and Malcolm Berman Brain & Spine Institute, Sinai Hospital was the first hospital in Maryland to receive the Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center Certification. Sinai Hospital is certified by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and has a 36-bed unit offering an interdisciplinary team approach to patient care.

We are seeking a Stroke Neurologist/Neuro Hospitalist to join our growing center of excellence.

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Successful completion of Neurology residency with a fellowship in stroke
• BE/BC in Neurology
• Ability to successfully obtain Maryland medical license without restrictions
• Current DEA license
• Excellent communication skills and must work well in a team environment

Seeking a highly engaged physician to join our Stroke Neurologist Team

• Employed, full-time position based at Sinai Hospital with coverage at Northwest Hospital and Tele Neuro coverage for other locations
• The Brain & Spine Institute has 15 Neurologists and the Stroke Neurologist team has 5 physicians and over 25 APP’s

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $300-350K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience. There is opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives as well.
