About the Role
CAREERXCHANGE® is seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Territory Sales Representative for our client, A&R Supply, a leading HVAC supply company serving the South Florida market.
This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on generating new business and servicing an established client base within Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The ideal candidate will have prior HVAC supplier or industry experience and a proven track record in outside or territory sales.
What You’ll Do
Generate new leads and build long-lasting client relationships within your assigned territory.
Call on HVAC contractors, builders, and commercial clients to promote and sell HVAC products and parts.
Provide technical product knowledge, recommendations, and price quotes to customers.
Conduct regular territory visits to maintain account activity and retention.
Utilize CRM tools to track contacts, follow-ups, and progress toward sales goals.
Attend sales meetings and stay informed on the latest product updates and market trends.
Work closely with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Must have HVAC supplier or HVAC industry experience.
2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in wholesale distribution or HVAC.
Knowledge of HVAC components, parts, and systems is required.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and performance-based success.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel required within territory).
