We are seeking a senior paralegal with experience in real estate or regulatory compliance. This role involves managing complex, high-volume projects, filing permits, and maintaining clear communication with clients and city officials. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and accountability are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with city and municipal regulations
• Draft client-specific proposals
• Oversee project intake and streamline internal processes
• Prepare and file permits and license applications
• Deliver timely, detailed updates to clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with city officials and project teams to resolve review comments

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate or compliance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
