As a Field Interviewer, you will use a tablet device to conduct 15–20-minute structured interviews with residents who have varying health conditions and cognitive abilities. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Participate in regular quality assurance observations and pass observation interviews, as evaluated by Quality Assurance Mentors.

  • Demonstrate concern and sensitivity to issues of disability, illness, and communication challenges.

  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
