What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate, individualized care for clients with complex medical needs
Monitors, records, and reports treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
Document care accurately in electronic charts and communicate effectively
Who You Are:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
Dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and consistent care
Excellent communication skills
Positive and professional attitude
