Join to apply for the Pilot Flight Operations role at Textron Aviation . This role supports the Flight Operation Departments at Textron Aviation, including Demonstration, Production Flight Test, and Pro-Ownership. Job Responsibilities: Maintain familiarity with all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations and comply with all regulations and local operating procedures. Have thorough knowledge of aircraft models, systems, avionics, equipment, options, and updates. Attend required training, including aircraft, emergency procedures, crew coordination, and international procedures training. Perform office tasks such as expense reports, flight logs, international planning, and manual updates. Act as a flight and ground instructor for customers transitioning to G1000 and G2000 flight decks and for recurrent training courses. Exercise flights as needed, including sales demonstrations and marketing support. Adhere to and support all Flight Operations policies and procedures. Communicate noteworthy issues to department personnel. Prioritize safety in all operations at all times. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science or a related field. FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument rating and Single/Multi-Engine Land ratings. FAA Second Class medical or better, with ability to obtain First Class medical. FAA Flight Instructor (CFI) and Instrument (CFII) certificates required. 2000 flight hours and 1000 hours of multi-engine time preferred. Qualifications: US Passport or ability to obtain one required. FAA Multi-Engine Instructor Rating (MEI) preferred. FAA Complex and High-performance endorsements preferred. Experience as a ground instructor preferred. Familiarity with digital/glass flight decks preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
