In this role, you will assist our Polish-speaking clients with technical inquiries and issues related to our innovative products and services. Your Responsibilities Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers regarding our technology offerings. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Guide customers on the features and benefits of our products and services. Document all customer interactions and provide solutions for effective follow-up. Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and share insights. Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on product enhancements and industry trends. Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong technical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
