Position Summary:
The Facilities Porter provides janitorial and maintenance services to Stash Ventures LLC facilities. This position ensures that all quality, safety, and operational standards are achieved in support of overall company goals. Cleaning and sanitizing for grow rooms, pre and post-harvest deep clean, including all back and front of house, in support of the Cannabis Cultivation facility
Essential Responsibilities:

Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients, contractors, and coworkers.
\tCleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, facilities, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with Company specifications.
\tClean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or other related appliances.
\tEmpty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas.
\tMulching and composting
\tMaintain required documentation, including checklists.
\tProvide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all guests and Team Members.
\tFollows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other job aids, including for the use of chemicals and equipment.
\tMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred but not required
\tMust be able to pass a background check
\tPrevious custodial experience preferred
\tDemonstrates high attention to detail to increase productivity.
\tExcellent organization skills
\tExperience working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment preferred
\tMust be able to climb a ladder and complete required job duties at heights
\tAbility to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on a regular basis daily
\tAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
\tExposure to allergens, and chemical pesticides in the grow facility or greenhouse
