Job Title: Proposal Analyst 

Pay Rate: $28- $31/hour. on W2 without benefits

Duration: 6-Month Contract with possible extension 

Location: Remote 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm local time

Job Description:

The Strategic Proposal Management Analyst supports the end-to-end development and submission of PBM proposals and RFP responses for the client. This fully remote, safety-sensitive role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, customizing proposal content, managing timelines, and delivering accurate, high-quality submissions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the PBM proposal and RFP process from intake through final submission.
• Format, customize, and tailor proposal responses to meet internal standards and client-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and lead strategy calls with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Create and manage proposal timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Prepare, review, and submit final proposal documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of professional work experience, with exposure to proposals, RFPs, or project coordination preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting standard business hours.
