About the Role:

The Radiology Manager will oversee the radiology department, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of patient care. This role involves managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the radiology department.
• Supervise and support radiology staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations.
• Coordinate training and development for staff.
• Maintain quality assurance programs.
• Oversee patient care and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology.
• Registered Radiological Technologist (ARRT).
• Registered Mammographer preferred.
• Registered US Technologist preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Clinical Competency required within 3 months of hire and every 3 years.
• Manager Competency required within 3 months of hire and every 3 years.

Required Skills:

• 5 years’ experience in Radiology Management and supervision.
• 5 years’ experience as Radiology Technologist.
• PACS training.
• CT technologist experience, preferred.
• MRI technologist experience, preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of federal, state, and/or accreditation regulations related to radiology services.
• Experience with digitized imaging.
• Familiarity with MQSA requirements.

Pay range and compensation package:

• Base Salary up to $156,000 per annum.
• FTE Benefits.
• Relocation Assistance $10,000
• Sign on Bonus: $10,000.
