Location: Manhattan New York

Hybrid, in office 3 days/week

Salary Range: $40-45/hr Competitive, based on experience

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of colors and fabrics, including garments and components, to assure final product quality. The successful candidate will assist in the technical development, pre-production, and cataloguing of all fabrics and colors through to production. This is a newly created position with the potential for future opportunities within our large raw materials team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 3-5 years experience in fabric and color development
• Experience in development of intimates raw materials (knits, wovens)
• Experience with PLM systems
• Strong organizational skills for both physical RM libraries and digital record keeping

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in intimates raw materials at a similar brand
• Team player with a flexible and communicative nature
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily meetings and coordination

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality and consistency of fabrics and color under store lighting conditions
• Coordinate with design teams and participate in daily meetings (approx. 4-6/day)
• Perform daily email communication and follow-up
• Maintain organizational and record-keeping work, including PLM and physical organization
