Job DescriptionRole & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and investment performance of real estate assets, - Perform detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis (CCA) - Prepare investment reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management. - Monitor and analyze the financial performance of real estate assets, identify trends, and recommend strategies. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance, with a focus on real estate valuation and modeling.
Compensation - $140K
