Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas to meet business needs. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising standards and procedures Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts Maintain safety and organizational standards Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction initiatives Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment Perform other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For: You Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support store needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and respond to changes Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors Previous retail experience preferred Benefits include: Associate discounts, EAP, smoking cessation support, bereavement leave, 401(k) with company match, child care & cell phone discounts, pet & legal insurance, credit union, referral bonuses, and more.
