Job Description & Requirements Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) ‐ School ‐ (SLPA ‐ School) StartDate: 8/18/2025 Available Shifts: 6.5 D Pay Rate: $1354.42 ‐ $1484.10 AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well‐respected school district in South Holland, IL to hire a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position. SLPA clinicians must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment while working in a fast‐paced setting.\nSchool SLPA assignments are typically 9 months in length but can vary from 4 to 26 weeks (about 6 months) depending on the contract. Please speak with a recruiter for additional details. Required Qualifications Speech/Language Pathologist Assistant, School ? Full‐Time Hours, Monday‐Friday ? Bachelors in Speech/Communication Sciences and Disorders or obtain a certificate (or has met educational requirements for position in state of practice) ? Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or alternate credential as required by state of practice. ? Preferred: ASHA SLPA Certification ‐ C‐SLPA ? Previous experience with Schools, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics preferred ? Clear, articulate communication skills ?
