Responsibilities include:

• Learning Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Completing an accelerated development track to Store Manager within the specified timeframe.
• Supporting store operations under the Store Manager's guidance, including shadowing and assisting.

Training & Personal Development:

• Completing a rigorous, accelerated program with necessary certifications.
• Participating in classroom, online, and on-the-job training, including rotations.
• Following development plans and engaging in continuous professional growth.
• Monitoring own performance and seeking self-development opportunities.
• Gaining knowledge of SOPs, systems, and obtaining required pharmacy licensure.

Customer Experience:

• Engaging with customers, resolving complaints, and modeling customer service best practices.
• Coaching team members and analyzing customer feedback to improve service.

Operations:

• Gaining proficiency in supervising store operations, merchandising, inventory, and asset protection.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards.

Business Performance Management:

• Analyzing store and pharmacy performance data to develop improvement strategies.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Flexibility to work extended hours and willingness to transfer or accept an assignment as Store Manager.

Preferred qualifications include PTCB certification and additional managerial experience.

This role is open until filled. The salary range is $23.08 - $43.07 per hour, depending on various factors.
