Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect (Workday) to join our dynamic team in the financial sector. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Workday system, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to support HR processes, system enhancements, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Workday modules to support HR and business processes.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify system needs and implement best practices.
Manage and troubleshoot Workday integrations, with a strong focus on MuleSoft and other middleware solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive system improvements.
Support payroll and HR integrations, including Workday-to-ADP configurations, if applicable.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize Workday utilization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Workday Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workday administration in a financial or corporate environment.
HR Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP.
Integration Experience: Proficiency in MuleSoft or similar integration platforms for Workday data flows.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and collaborate with business stakeholders, translating technical needs into business solutions.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in the financial industry or a deep understanding of HR operations within regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday modules like HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.
Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, and custom reporting.
Knowledge of data security, compliance, and audit processes in financial institutions.
Certification in Workday or MuleSoft is a plus.
