Temporary DPS Proofreader – CohnReznick Remote, temporary (seasonal) position supporting the National offices. Start: December 8, 2025 – End: May 1, 2026. Working hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime during evenings and Saturdays. Responsibilities Proofread client financial statements, proposals and special projects using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Ensure accurate and consistent financial documentation with proper business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Communicate deadlines and challenges with supervisors and clients. Maintain formatting consistency and writing standards for all processed materials. Apply quality control measures to assigned work. Complete special projects assigned by DPS leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year experience in a document production environment. Flexibility to work additional overtime hours (evening and weekend) as required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Prior experience with financial statements is a plus. Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures with minimal guidance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills: correct English, grammar, spelling, punctuation. Strong prioritization skills to balance multiple projects and tight deadlines.
