Responsibilities Work with leadership to determine training needs. Conduct seminars, workshops, training sessions etc. Prepare educational material such as module summaries and videos Support and mentor new employees Plan and schedule training sessions Design and implement training programs. Select and book venues as needed. Track and keep employee attendance. Monitor and present employee performance. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience providing educational, training or instructional services in functional area; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Training Dev Spec 1 (GSP120). Requirements Proven experience as a trainer or similar role Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools Proficient in MS Office Experience with an e-learning software is a plus.
