Pay Rate: $23/HR

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour (ABCD) schedule. 6A-6P when on days, 6P-6A when on nights

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Site Address: 9909 Lee Jackson Hwy, Big Island, VA 24526

• Manage inbound/outbound trucks using the computerized WinScale system
• Keep warehouse and trailer levels on track by directing shuttle drivers
• Record weigh receipts for shipments and recycling fiber loads
• Monitor inventory levels in the Woodyard and Recovered Fiber areas
• Support safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance every day

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills (inventory management software, MS Office products, etc.)
• Willingness to work overtime beyond standard shift and variable starting times
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays
• Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
• Willingness to wear safety equipment, which may include; hard hat, steel toe shoes, safety vest, eye and ear protection, etc.
• Willingness to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely (standing for long periods and working around heavy equipment)
• Willingness to work in a tobacco free environment
