Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a travel job in Aberdeen, Washington.

• Perform a full range of laboratory tests and analyses in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and limited Microbiology.
• Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment including Cobas , Sysmex , and Stago analyzers.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all testing, documenting and reporting results in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality control and instrument calibration procedures to maintain test reliability.
• Participate in specimen processing, reagent preparation, and inventory management.
• Support infection control and safety policies in compliance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other laboratory personnel to ensure timely and accurate results.
• Provide cross-coverage for multiple departments as needed and assist in troubleshooting laboratory issues.

• Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) License – National Certification required (ASCP or equivalent).
• Prior experience with Cobas , Sysmex , Stago , Blood Bank , Urinalysis , and limited Microbiology strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work variable start times (0500 or 1100) and every other weekend.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and patient safety.
