\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a skilled Neuro- Progressive/Stepdown ICU Nurse with essential experience in neuro-critical care. The ideal candidate must be proficient in utilizing the Epic EMR system and is required to wear navy blue scrubs during their shift. A competency exam specific to Neuro-Progressive nursing will be a prerequisite upon offer.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

\n

• Providing comprehensive nursing care for patients in the neuro-progressive unit.
\n
• Monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate records.
\n
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
\n
• Management of medications and interventions as per established protocols.
\n
• Educating patients and families regarding health concerns and necessary care.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Must have Neuro- Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience.
\n
• Epic experience is required.
\n
• Current nursing licensure is necessary; willing to review clinicians with pending state licenses.
