\nPosition Details:\ncardiac step down\nlocals not accepted (locals are considered to be within 50 miles from facility)\nDysrhythmia exam required at orientation (Study Guide available) \nBLS\n\nUnit Description:\n26 beds Cardiac pts all on telemetry,\nadult Night shift is 5:1\nCardiac drips - amio, bumex, dopamine, heparin, nitro to name a few All O2 needs except for new bipaps and vents\nShould know heart rhythms/interpret telemetry Central line care, chest tubes, wound vacs\nWe do have PCA support Lab available for peripheral draws\nCharge nurse takes patients\n

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, PCU, Cardiac Stepdown\nExperience: 1 year\nLicenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)\nCertifications: BLS\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\nReferences: 1 Reference in entire work history\n\nperm address over 50 miles away

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)
EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred)
