We are seeking the talents of a US Training & Retail Excellence (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in our office, in Los Angeles or New York .

Within the Cross-functional Retail team, you actively participate in deploying the strategy to elevate the customer experience through Retail network management with an international scope and a 360-degree vision of cross-functional Retail operations.

As US Training & Retail Excellence , your missions will be the following:

Lead the Training Academy in the US

  • Lead and animate the US training referent community
    • Visit each store once every two months to ensure the learning and training dynamic: travel is required frequently including in the weekends
    • Coach the team with on the floor animation and weekly follow up with referents
  • New staff induction & Development
    • Draw and ensure proper induction path for each staff
    • Organise and animate onboarding sessions
    • Co-manage staff development path with store managers & HR
  • Rolling & in-depth Training
    • Plan, organize and coordinate all Retail trainings
    • Identify and assess training needs according to weekly KPIs analysis and VOC, impulse and adjust training content
    • Adapt continuously the programs according to the Retail strategy and new Retail tools / project developments
  • Ensure the successful launch then the sustainable roll out of the digitalization of the Training APP in the US
  • Organize and Retail Teams’ seminars

Ensure a Top Excellence Retail CX adapted to Retail Run

  • Analyze the VOC
    • Implement reporting routines for all VOC channels in the US
    • Ensure process across all channels: Google Review, Did You Enjoy, Reddit, etc.
    • Define and implement short and medium-term corrective action plans with the cross-functional team aiming to improve and harmonize our Retail Process
  • Be in charge of settling an Opening kit for every store opening
  • Adapt Shop Operating Procedures and ensure their proper set up at the right level throughout all our permanent and PU stores

Uniform management: ensure brand image embodiment

  • Define and Operate the uniform bundle and grooming guidelines for the US
    • Forecast budget and associated costs
    • Participate in drawing styling guidelines
  • Analyse and track uniform budgets of past and on-going campaigns
  • Draw and adapt smooth uniform processes with the Retail Operational Team, Supply Team and Logistics Team

Retail Image Monitoring

  • Monitor VM initiatives with frequent check-ups in stores:
    • By supporting proactively store teams, identifying quick wins and reporting larger challenges to HQ VM Team
    • Feedback HQ VM Team after each store visits to maintain the right level of standards : mannequins, racks, etc
  • Ensure Retail Image requirement are met in the US Stores & Pop ups with frequent check-ups in stores:
    • Control guidelines execution
    • Assist the Store Managers by giving love to details input
    • Feedback to HQ and proactivity in corrective actions

Requirements

Your profile:

  • You have successful prior experience in a similar position in Jewelry, Fashion, or Beauty
  • You have operational knowledge of Retail with a strong understanding of service and customer challenges
  • You enjoy take action and know how to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You have skills in analysis, assimilation, and synthesis
  • Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to unite people and have strong written and oral communication skills
  • You are creative and agile, with a strong capacity for initiative
  • You can work on operational tasks as well as develop strategic vision
  • You have excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and Google suite - Experience with an LMS is a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suite, Canva

Benefits

Salary range: $90,000-$100,000, depending on skills and experience.
