We are seeking a Valet Parker to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Job Description:

The Valet Parker will be responsible for assisting and retrieving guests' vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to Forbes standards. Additional responsibilities include welcoming guests, giving a fond farewell, assisting with guests' luggage, providing directions and any other guest related assistance in accordance with hotel standards.

This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position(s) available.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Excellent driving record including zero moving violations within the past 6 months.
• Experience driving vehicles.
• Ability to drive all vehicle types.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests/ visitors, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.

Essential Skills:

• Responsible, safe and conscientious driver.
• Ability to understand guest inquiries and provide responses.
• Ability to use a radio/beeper.
• Ability to focus on guests' needs.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments.
• Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions.
• Ability to exert physical effort in placing and removing luggage into/out of a vehicle.
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements in performing job functions.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions.
• Ability to remain at post.
• Ability to ensure security of vehicles and hotel property.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
