Looking for someone who is energetic with a positive attitude! Can lift up to 50 lbs, has the ability to climb 50-100 feet. Knowledge or willing to learn different types of products (dry fertilizer.) House keeping of shed, maintenance of building (u throughs, mixer, legs, downspouts) operate a skidloader, help manage and coordinate loads.) Must be available to work/have flexibility during our busy seasons(Spring, Fall.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our team at an agricultural facility. This hands-on role involves physical labor, equipment operation, and assisting in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn about agricultural products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and coordinating agricultural product shipments

• Operate equipment such as skid loaders safely and efficiently

• Perform routine housekeeping duties in and around the shed and facility

• Support general maintenance of the building, including upkeep of u-troughs, mixers, legs, and downspouts

• Learn and handle different types of agricultural products, especially dry fertilizer

• Climb ladders, structures, or equipment up to 100 feet as needed

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Support team during peak seasons (Spring and Fall) with flexible hours

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working at heights (up to 100 feet)

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physical environments

• Flexible schedule, especially during peak seasons (Spring, Fall)

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of building systems a plus

• Previous experience in agriculture or with dry fertilizer is a bonus—but not required

• Valid driver’s license preferred

We are a family owned and operated farm and commercial dry fertilizer retail business. We also have a trucking business that mostly works for the farm and ag. business, but does some for-hire trucking.
