Job Duties

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping) and ensure smooth, efficient operations that meet quality standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, perform regular audits, and maintain accuracy to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure warehouse practices meet healthcare standards and industry regulations, especially regarding the safe storage of medical supplies.
• Safety and Maintenance: Implement safety protocols, maintain equipment, and enforce warehouse safety standards.
• Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring our warehouse meets best-in-class standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on inventory, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse performance for compliance and improvement tracking.
