We have some exciting things happening at Grand Superior Lodge, including the brand-new Lake Superior Burger Co. nestled in our picturesque resort on the shores of Lake Superior! We're seeking an enthusiastic Wedding & Events Server who is passionate about hospitality and eager to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup: Assist with the elegant setup of tables, linens, chairs, and other essentials for banquet events, ensuring a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Warm Welcomes: Greet guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor, making them feel immediately at home.
  • Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the point-of-sale system with precision.
  • Timely Delivery: Serve food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Monitor and observe guests’ dining experiences, ensuring they are delighted with their food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns.
Requirements:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent education degree (GED) preferred but not required; less than one-year related experience; or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
