We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Lend support to our agents, assist in the daily office needs & maintain our systems. If you have previous experience as an admin & familiarity with the real estate industry, we'd like to meet you.

* Answer phones & direct calls, organize & schedule appts, complete assigned tasks, act as point of contact for agents & customers, working knowledge of office equipment, time management skills an ability to prioritize work & multi-task, attention to detail.

Duties include providing support to our agents, manager, sellers/buyers, assisting in daily office needs a well as maintaining our systems. If you have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant and familiarity with the real estate industry, we’d like to meet you. Background in Real Estate & real estate programs a plus.

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Completion of assigned tasks
Provide general support to agents & management
Act as the point of contact for agents & customers
Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Prior real estate experience
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
