About the Job:

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our crew. The work changes with seasons-window cleaning, hanging Christmas lights, snow removal, and so much more- no two days ar the same. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a small, supportive team, and seeing the results of your effort right away, this job's for you.

Responsibilities:

• Clean interior and exterior windows on residential and commercial properties
• Safely install and remove holiday lights and decorations
• Operate ladders, poles, and safety equipment with care
• Maintain supplies, and equipment in good working order
• Assist with residential and commercial snow removal (shoveling, snow blowing, salting)
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
• Follow safely guidelines and company procedures on every job

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in window cleaning, exterior maintenance, or general labor is preferred- but not required- we will train!
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and heights
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with others
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
