Japanese Bilingual-Administrative Assistant

Office Location: Houston, TX 77027

Company: Japanese petroleum company

Responsibilities:

• General affairs and accounting related to the operation of the US office (expense calculation)
• Management of incoming and outgoing payments from sales destinations

Start Date:

• Flexible, but early start preferred

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Environment:

• Initially office-based, with potential transition to hybrid work depending on job proficiency

Experience:

• No specific experience required (accounting experience preferred)

Language Requirements:

• Japanese and English speakers preferred

Overtime:

• Yes (approximately 1-2 hours per week)

Travel Requirements:

• None

Accounting System:

• QuickBooks preferred

Software Used:

• MS Excel, Word, etc.
