We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team on a contract basis in Hacienda Heights, California. This role involves delivering exceptional service to clients, handling transactions efficiently, and providing support in a fast-paced banking environment. Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Respond to inbound calls to address client concerns and provide accurate information.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Process data entry tasks efficiently to ensure operational accuracy.
• Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate follow-ups as needed.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support banking operations and client needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage reports and documentation.
• Facilitate email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Support transaction banking processes while adhering to company policies.
• Deliver a high level of customer service in all interactions, both in-person and over the phone.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or banking-related roles.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively.
• Knowledge of banking transactions and processes is preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
