Position: Call Center Agent (In-Office, Night Shift - B Schedule)
Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay: $17.30 / +3.00 for a base rate of $20.30
Schedule: 4:50 PM - 5:00 AM // Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Alternate Wednesday

About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Driver Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. This is a fast-paced, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in the transportation industry.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
• Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
• Escalate issues to field operations or customers when appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
• Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
• Take on additional tasks as assigned

• Excellent attendance and reliability-your presence matters
• Strong typing and 10-key skills
• Solid phone communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of dispatch or customer service experience (preferred)
