This Director, Digital Product Management role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding the overall strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the company's product portfolio. This individual must possess a strong technical foundation to effectively lead cross-functional engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure that product offerings align with market demands and business objectives, maximizing revenue and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and articulate the product vision and longterm strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities, validate concepts, and determine market fit.
  • Develop, own, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it is prioritized based on strategic value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Translate highlevel strategic concepts into tactical, executable plans and clearly defined product requirements.

Product Lifecycle & Technical Execution

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and postlaunch iteration.
  • Serve as the technical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams, ensuring product requirements are translated into efficient and scalable technical designs.
  • Ensure products meet quality, security, and performance standards, actively managing technical risks, dependency tracking, and resolving escalated issues from the development process.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and enforce best practices (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps principles) within the product development process.
  • Define and track key product performance and technical stability metrics (KPIs), using datadriven insights to inform iteration and future development decisions.

Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure complete alignment on goals and execution.
  • Secure buyin from senior stakeholders for product investments and strategic direction, providing executivelevel updates and presentations on both business and technical progress.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Development, with 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Productboard) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong experience with agile product development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving aptitude with a proficiency in using data and telemetry to drive decisions.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with statespecific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.

Salary Range: $194,600.00 - $291,900.00
