As an Insurance & Union Benefits Advisor , you’ll work directly with union members who have requested information about their benefits. This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales — these are warm, pre-qualified leads.

Your role is to guide families through their benefit options, provide personalized recommendations, and help them secure the coverage they need to protect what matters most.

You’ll also have opportunities to develop leadership, management, and communication skills through ongoing mentorship and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on their existing benefits and new supplemental options
• Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with clients
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-up and service
• Participate in team training and leadership development programs

Compensation

• $70,000–$110,000+ (first-year average) — performance-based income
• Additional incentives include bonuses, renewals, and leadership overrides
