Spurwink's Outpatient and Community Services division is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in Portland. Comfortability and experience working with both children and adults required. This is a salaried 40 hour per week position but would consider 32 hour position for the right candidate.
DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited Baccalaureate Nursing Program and completion of an accredited graduate or certificate advanced practice education program required. 1-2 years of experience as a PMHNP in a community mental health setting is preferred. Maintenance of current Maine Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse License, maintenance of current national certification as a certified nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Maintenance of current Drug Enforcement Certification. Must maintain required licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role.
