Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW required).
Valid Kansas School Social Worker license.
Experience with middle and high school populations preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation for travel between schools.
Job Overview:
Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Social Workerfor the 20252026 academic year. This itinerant position will require travel between 15 school sites, supporting a middle and high school caseload of approximately 1015 students .
You will play a critical role in helping students succeed academically by supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral needs and acting as a vital link between home, school, and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and staff to address student needs.
Develop and implement student support plans.
Connect families with outside resources and community services.
Support positive behavioral strategies and interventions.
