Your Role as a Ski Technician

As a Ski Technician, your work shifts will be dynamic and engaging, combining various responsibilities that keep each day fresh and exciting. You’ll interact with customers by:

• Delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations.
• Providing support throughout their stay.
• Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain.

No prior experience is required—just a passion for skiing or riding!

The Shifts:

• Full-time Ski Technicians will work 5 shifts per week, starting no later than 12/4/23.
• Full-time is a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• We also have part-time positions available.
• Shifts are available from 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
• Our schedule allows you to ski or ride any day you want!

Compensation:

• Full-time Ski Technicians earn a base wage of $18/hour, plus tips.
• For the 22/23 season, the average wage (including credit card tips) ranged from $25 - $33 per hour.
• All full-time Ski Technicians receive a ski pass on their start date, provided they work a minimum of 32 hours a week.
• 401K benefits and matching for all staff members over 21 years old.

On-Road Responsibilities:

• Deliver ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to customers, igniting their excitement for their ski trip by focusing on our Key Customer Requirements:
• On Time: Arrive five minutes early.
• Equipment: Choose the right gear in excellent condition for each guest.
• Communication: Set clear expectations for the entire service experience.
• Provide ongoing equipment support throughout guests' stays.
• Pickup all equipment after guests' last day on the snow.
• Regularly gas up, wash, and clean the vans.

Shop Responsibilities:

• Pack orders for future deliveries.
• Perform basic ski tuning, waxing, and general maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shop.
• Restock vans with extra equipment.
• Answer and make calls to customers.
